These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of ROSTRIX (the "Service"), which is operated by Rostrix, LLC., a limited liability company trading as "ROSTRIX" ("we", "us"). You are contracting with Rostrix, LLC. By creating an account, purchasing a card, or otherwise using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Parents, guardians, coaches, and club managers may create and manage profiles for minor athletes and are responsible for having the authority and any consent required to do so. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Access is role-based (player, parent, coach, club manager, admin). Coaches and club managers can view and manage roster, contact, and compliance information for their own teams. You may not attempt to access data belonging to teams or users you are not authorized to see.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.
• Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with at least 30 days' notice.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions, with a carve-out for delivered pay-per-card purchases — see our Refund Policy.
• Complimentary and discounted access may be granted, modified, or ended at our discretion.
• Failed payments may result in suspension or downgrade of paid features.

Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle and are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

You retain ownership of the photos, statistics, rosters, documents, comments, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant ROSTRIX a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service and to render the cards and pages you ask us to generate. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload, including any images of minors.

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute another team's or athlete's data.
• Circumvent paywalls, watermarks, access controls, or rate limits.
• Probe, scan, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your role or affiliation.

Preview cards may display watermarks and disable download, print, or sharing until the applicable subscription is active. Removing, obscuring, or capturing around a watermark to avoid payment is a breach of these terms.

Blog comments and reviews must be honest and respectful. We may edit, hide, or remove content that violates these terms, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.

The Service relies on third-party hosting, storage, email, and payment providers. Your use of linked third-party services is governed by their own terms.

ROSTRIX and its name, logo, card templates, layouts, and software are owned by ROSTRIX and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for your team's own purposes.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends immediately; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ROSTRIX does not guarantee recruiting outcomes, college interest, scholarships, or roster spots.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROSTRIX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold ROSTRIX harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and, where appropriate, communicated by email or in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Rostrix, LLC. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.
